Mobile

On mobile, inspectors get true optical zoom and multi-camera support, offline overview-photo capture, a redesigned report finish flow with a customer-facing defect walkthrough, and a batch of Android stability fixes.
Recurring events on the mobile schedule
What changed: Inspectors can now see recurring calendar events, not just one-off jobs, on their mobile schedule, with a distinct badge for recurring items.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Schedule

Add or remove optional report sections
What changed: Inspectors now start with a lean report outline and can add optional sections when a job needs them, then remove them again if they end up empty.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Overview
Setup: Available only for companies with the newer Attik-native report format enabled.

Full zoom and multi-camera support
What changed: The in-report camera now supports true optical zoom on phones with multiple lenses (ultra-wide/wide/telephoto), plus tap-to-focus, instead of only digital zoom.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Camera
Setup: Requires an updated app build; automatic on supported devices.
Capture overview photos offline
What changed: Inspectors can now add overview photos to a report that sync automatically in the background, even without signal at the time of capture.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Overview Photos
Setup: Available only for companies with the newer Attik-native report format enabled.
Dedicated Finish Report page
What changed: Finishing a report now opens a dedicated page listing everything still blocking completion, with direct links to fix each item, instead of a pop-up gate.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Finish Report
Setup: Available only for companies with the newer Attik-native report format enabled.

Customer-facing defect walkthrough
What changed: Inspectors can start a swipeable, one-defect-per-screen summary of every defect and limitation, in report order, to walk the customer through findings on-site before sign-off.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Finish Report → Start Summary
Setup: Available only for companies with the newer Attik-native report format enabled.

AI-suggested comments show placement and cleaner text
What changed: When picking an AI-suggested narrative for a comment, mobile now shows which section it will file under before you pick it, removes an unwanted header that used to require manual cleanup, and auto-fills a comment title.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Queue → AI suggestion card
Setup: Available only for companies with the newer Attik-native report format enabled.
Merge duplicate comments and stack AI suggestions
What changed: Picking a template comment that’s already confirmed in the report now offers to merge your new photo and notes into the existing comment instead of creating a duplicate; AI-suggested Styles & Materials values now add to what’s already filled in instead of replacing it.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Queue
Setup: Available only for companies with the newer Attik-native report format enabled.
Section-level Styles & Materials entry point
What changed: For sections that collect Styles & Materials info at the section level rather than per subsection, mobile now shows a single entry point at the top of the section instead of burying it in each subsection.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Section
Setup: Available only for companies with the newer Attik-native report format enabled.
Camera remembers your last flash setting
What changed: The report camera now remembers your last-used flash setting between uses instead of resetting to a default every time.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Camera
Comment library shows section/subsection labels
What changed: The comment library now shows which section and subsection each comment belongs to, making it easier to find the right one.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Comment Library
Clearer report completion metrics
What changed: The report progress display now computes overall completion and remaining required items more accurately.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Sections
Mobile comments now match the correct section
What changed: Report comments, progress, and template matching are now keyed by section and subsection together, preventing comments from landing under the wrong section on templates that reuse subsection names; a property-details display glitch was also fixed.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report
Applies to: Existing and future records
Android section-expand crash fixed
What changed: Expanding a section on the Android report overview no longer crashes the app, tapping to collapse a sticky section header now works reliably, and Styles & Materials suggestions now show which section they belong to.
Where to find it: Mobile app → Report → Overview
Applies to: Existing and future records
Android home bar and dark mode fixed
What changed: Screens with bottom navigation, lists, or footers now properly clear the Android system home bar, and the home bar now matches the app’s light/dark theme.
Where to find it: Mobile app (Android)
Applies to: Existing and future records
Defect badges show the correct label
What changed: Defect-level badges on report comments now only appear on actual defect items and no longer default to a generic label when the level is unknown.

Applies to: Existing and future records
Report cover data refreshes correctly
What changed: The report cover screen now refreshes its data automatically when you return to it, instead of showing outdated information.
