View Report button not working for one scheduler

A scheduler could not access reports for 4049 W Hackamore Dr and 11154 N 190th Ave because the green "View Report" button did not work on that end.

The BA portal and emailed link worked when tested elsewhere, so the issue appears to be inconsistent. Portal links were sent manually as a workaround.
