Users have recurring schedules that follow patterns like “every third Saturday” (e.g. inspector rotation). Today they can create daily, weekly, or monthly recurring events but not “every third Saturday of the month.” They are asking for that option so they can stop maintaining separate trackers and manual calendar entries.
