Unbranded troubleshooting page and "Need Help?" on Report Skin

Users want an unbranded Attik landing page (e.g. on attik.ai) that answers "Having trouble with your _____?" for repair list builder, repair addendum creator, repair quote, and similar report-skin flows. The page would be universal so all launch partners can use it, with screenshots and step-by-step walkthroughs for each process, and the same URL could be used in emails and text messages when someone is stuck. Users also want a "Need Help?" button on the Report Skin that goes to this URL so people can get to the guide without leaving the flow.

Why it matters: In prepping for SA Attik and new report skin usage, support and clients need one place to point people for help, and in-product access reduces friction when users hit a problem.
