Time Off Request Form Updates

It would be nice to have multiple time off description options to choose from that appear on the calendar block? Ex. Off - Available, Off - Unavailable

Add a place for a description of why the time off is being requested for the manager to review

Option to make the request recurring? (day of the week, day of the month, annual day etc)
