Users want the wrap feature to either pull automatically from report findings or give inspectors the ability to flag items the client or agent mentions onsite while they are in the report on mobile, so those items are highlighted in the wrap section of the app and easy to reference during wrap.
Why it matters: Inspectors can focus the wrap on what the client or agent actually cares about instead of hunting through the full report.
