Users have reported that the mobile app currently sends them to a sign-in web link; if inspectors have to sign in that way, they are likely not to use the app. They are asking for a way to be taken directly to their account so they can open the app and get straight to their work without a separate web login step.
Why it matters: Testing has shown this friction is a barrier to adoption—reducing or removing the web sign-in step would make it much more likely inspectors will use the mobile app.
