Support Search COCs by appointmentId in PriorityLab

The PriorityLab CTO shared an update to the Search COCs endpoint.

A new optional appointmentId parameter is now available. The confirmation number returned when creating an appointment can be passed in this field to find the COC.

A COC cannot be found through Search COCs until the COC has actually been created. Creating an appointment record does not create a COC.

Current flow:

• Creating a moldTest appointment makes it visible in the PriorityLab mobile app.
• When samples are submitted through the app, the appointment is converted to a COC.
• Only after that conversion can the record be found through the Search COCs endpoint.

This integration should account for the distinction between appointments and COCs, and use appointmentId when searching once the COC exists.
