Support event date/time as an email variable

Add an option to use event date/time as a variable in confirmation emails.

This is needed for workflows where a site visit is the event, and the confirmation email should include that event's date and time. An example mentioned was Scott HS, where manual or HERS flows sometimes include a site visit.
