Users want a clear framework and supportive interactive prompts for inspectors to follow during wrap so the process is consistent and easy to follow. They also want a standardized set of wrap items that automatically appear when related defects are in the report (e.g. a roof defect in the report adds the corresponding roof wrap item), and a clear separation between client-facing and agent-facing information so the inspector can choose the right wrap journey depending on who is present at the inspection.
