Surface payment status and agreement status near the top of the work order so staff can confirm critical state without scrolling into separate sections.
Catherine said the team misses having quick visual status indicators for whether a work order is paid and whether the agreement is signed. The desired pattern was small status bubbles or tags near the top of the work order, similar to other status chips already shown there.
The motivation is speed and reduced mistakes: staff currently have to scroll to two different areas to confirm signed and paid state, and the team wants those critical indicators visible immediately when opening the work order.
