Show equipment count prominently on the job in the inspector app

Users want the equipment count (e.g. mold samples, radon units) to appear at the top of the job or right below tagged notes in the mobile app so inspectors immediately see how many items are needed. Right now it can be easy to miss when it is buried in the work order.

Why it matters: Inspectors need to know required equipment before or at the start of the job so they can prepare and avoid mistakes.
