Show equipment count on the job in the mobile app so inspectors can see what’s needed

Users want to see the equipment count (e.g. number of mold samples, canisters, or other modifier-driven quantities) for each service when they open a job in the mobile app. Right now the job detail shows charge name and amount but not equipment quantity, so inspectors cannot see at a glance how much equipment to bring without checking elsewhere.

Why it matters: Inspectors need to know equipment counts before they arrive so they can pack the right materials; showing this on the job screen in the app keeps everything in one place.
