Show agreement signed status on mobile schedule

Objective

• Make agreement signed vs unsigned obvious on the mobile schedule (e.g. dedicated row, chip, or icon) for each relevant event.

Background

• Inspectors need to know before arrival whether the agreement is executed; today that signal is not prominent on the schedule surface.

Scope

Mobile

• Implement in the same schedule components that render each job (attik-mobile/attik-mobile/components/schedule/). Decision needed: exact field on the mobile event/inspection payload that indicates agreement state; confirm with API types or backend inspection payload used by the schedule view.
