When a client starts an order online but doesn't request a quote, the order appears as an unconfirmed order. Schedulers following up by phone need to send the client a quote—but today there's no way to do that from that order. Users want a "Send quote" action from the unconfirmed order (on the work order or equivalent screen) so the client receives the quote email and the process can continue without re-entering the order.
Why it matters: Fewer lost leads and consistent follow-up without duplicate data entry.
