Requested Not Showing Requested

Hey there, I noticed that one of our inspectors (Kevin Tran) did not have the inspections that are marked requested in Spectora, marked requested in Attik. So, he did not recieve his bonuses for them. Is there anyway to determine why this happened so it does not happen again? Also, can you manually push the request data? The addresses that are missing the request star are:
