Report View Issues

Pipeliners reported receiving a quote request (e.g. 7507 E McKinley Street, Scottsdale) that is formatted differently than usual. They are unable to prepare a quote from it because there is no link to the full report and the videos are not available to watch. Users need the same way to access the full report and videos as before so they can complete the quote.

Why it matters: When report links and videos are missing or the layout changes without a way to access content, agents and inspectors cannot reliably create quotes and customer requests get delayed.
