Replicated users do not get linked staff profiles

When replicating user memberships to other instances with Admin Attik, the user's employee type is copied but the corresponding Office Staff or Inspector profile is not created and linked automatically.

Replicating a user into a new instance should also create the matching Office Staff or Inspector profile and link it to the user so it matches the default profile.
