Repair list: order, finalize, share safely, and clearer export actions

Users want repair lists that match report order, can be finalized so clients cannot undo the agent’s documented list, support listing-safe sharing (hide internal notes where needed), and clearer labels than a single “Export” (e.g. view vs download, required choice for notes when sharing).

Why it matters: Aligns addendum workflow, reduces mistakes about what listing agents and contractors see, and matches how agents document requests for liability.
