Repair Addendum Builder

This feature would allow an agent or a client to build a list of items to submit with their repair addendum when negotiating with the seller. Ideally this feature would allow for the client/agent to indicate which defects from the inspection report they would like addressed and if they want it to be repaired or to receive a specific dollar amount as a credit in lieu of the repair being created.
