Refund complaint changes invoice total unexpectedly

For SHS1384, the Attik invoice total is being reduced by the refund request amount and is no longer matching the QuickBooks invoice. The invoice total should still change when a service is removed, but for refunds issued because of a customer complaint the original invoice total should not be changed.

This appears to be a behavior change from last week, when complaint-related refunds were not adjusting the invoice total. Please review how invoice and refund updates are being handled in Attik and QuickBooks.
