Refactor Avatar Menu

  1. Avatar needs a default
  2. When you click the avatar a slide out menu should open
  3. The slide out menu should display the company
  4. Move the logout button to the slide out menu on the bottom
  5. Switch company button would be a nice to have.
  6. Good morning text should switch to company name
  7. Move the light and dark mode to this menu
