Prevent duplicate action-flow emails when the same contact has multiple roles on a job

Users want a condition in action flows so that messages (e.g. emails) are not sent more than once to the same person when they are on the job in more than one roleโ€”for example when one contact is both the buying agent and the listing agent. Today, flows can fire per role and send duplicate emails to that contact.

Why it matters: Clients and agents should not receive the same email twice when they appear on a job in multiple roles (e.g. BA and LA).
