Users need a clear plan for what to do with inspection and scheduling data that still lives in other systems—such as ISN, Keystone, or Spectora instances—when a brand no longer runs as its own brand (e.g. after a merge or acquisition) or when a Spectora instance was never connected to an Attik instance. Right now that data is at risk of being lost or stranded. Users want a way to extract that data from those programs and store it in Attik (whether in the same instance, a separate historical instance, or from acquisition date forward) so it remains available for reference, reporting, and future outreach.
Why it matters: Operations and client care need to retain historical records and avoid losing years of data when brands consolidate or systems change.
