Pay more for weekend inspections in payroll

Users want to apply higher pay for inspections that fall on weekends, using the same kind of rules they use for other payroll modifiers. Today some brands (e.g. Max and OI) already pay more for weekend work outside Attik, and they are asking for a day-of-week condition in the payroll modifier settings so they can add a weekend premium (e.g. add a set amount when the inspection is on Saturday or Sunday) without manual adjustment.

Why it matters: Inspectors who work weekends expect to be compensated for it; without a day-of-week condition, payroll has to handle weekend pay outside the system or with workarounds.
