Online scheduler allows submission without required property details

In the online scheduler, selecting a foundation value allows the property to be updated and the flow to continue even when Sq Ft, Year Built, and Number of Units are still empty. Those fields show warnings but are not blocking.

This has led to Southeast orders coming in without square footage or year built, which is causing pricing issues.
