Notes from one inspection appear on another order

A scheduler encountered a backend issue where notes from Arnett appeared on Kierland after creating the Kierland order. Deleting the Arnett notes from Kierland also removed the note from Arnett, which suggests the orders were linked unexpectedly.

The order was recreated twice. The same issue happened on the second attempt, and the third attempt created an order without the Arnett notes.
