Mobile: @mention in notes — show mentioner name and open inspection details

Context

When someone @mentions an inspector in the job notes field, the mobile app sends a notification. Delivery works, but the UX has two gaps.

Problem 1: Generic notification body

The notification text only says something like "somebody mentioned you" instead of identifying who mentioned them.

Desired: Include the actual user name (or display name) of the person who wrote the note / performed the mention, when possible.

Problem 2: Wrong destination + bad back navigation

Tapping the notification opens the all notes view for that job instead of the inspection details view for that job.

Impact: From notes, Back returns to scheduling list and users lose clear context about which job the mention was about.

Desired: Open the inspection details view for the relevant job so the flow and back stack preserve which job is in focus. These notes will be in the pinned section anyway.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Mention notification includes the mentioner's identifiable name when available.
• [ ] Tapping the mention notification lands on inspection details, not only the see more notes screen.
