Make Actual revenue confirmed-only across all date ranges

Update the revenue widget so Actual reflects confirmed revenue only for every date range, not just quarter-based views.

The current request is to make this behavior universal across the widget regardless of the selected time range. Unconfirmed revenue should either appear as a smaller secondary number or be omitted from the main Actual value entirely if it is already represented elsewhere in the widget.

This should be tracked separately from quarter date-boundary work, but it is related to ATT-1473.
