Links to reports as variables in email and text actions

We currently sell leads to pest control companies in most of our markets. As a part of this we provide the pest company with a link to the termite report. We have an action that goes to my team which has a link to the reports from the orders. They download a copy of the termite report and then forward it on to the pest company. We'd like to be able to do at least this same process but if there was a way to link directly to a specific report this would allow us to create an action directly to the pest company with a link only to the termite report. We have a couple of other vendor type services where it would be nice to send a link to a specific report vs giving the vendor access to the client portal.
