Reported issues with online booking and subsequent order editing:
- For order
RIA1597, changing foundation type from Unsure to slab reportedly prompted modifier charges of about $120. - Required General Info fields were reportedly not captured at booking.
- In a separate test booking (
RIA1605), a client added with a personal email did not carry over.
A follow-up test did not reproduce the behavior: required fields were present on the work order, client info was present, and changing foundation type from Unsure to slab did not prompt for modifiers.
Needs investigation into why these discrepancies occurred for the reported orders.
