Integrations: toggle off per contact or role (e.g. Home Binder, No TSP)

Users need to turn off certain integrations (e.g. Home Binder, Blipp) for specific contacts or roles—for example, an agent who does not want any of their clients to receive Home Binder. This may be a direct toggle at the contact or role level rather than only via tags. The system needs clear rules for when the toggle applies (e.g. when the contact is the agent vs the client). The current workaround (e.g. Google form to Home Binder for opt-out) can continue until this is available.

Why it matters: Compliance and agent preferences require reliable, auditable control over what gets sent to whom.
