Inspectors need to see prior jobs at the property, ability to build a BINSER from someone else’s job

Inspectors want to know if the company has already done an inspection at the same property—surfaced on the job or in the app (and optionally as a notification)—so they can pull prior reports and avoid duplicate work. When a BINSER or revisit is assigned to an inspector who didn’t do the original inspection, they need a way to find that original job and build the BINSER from it instead of client care having to do it. This needs to be able to be completed by inspector or office staff and ideally inspectors can do it from the mobile app.
