Inspector reassignments do not sync to Spectora

Inspector reassignments made in Attik were not reflected in Spectora overnight. Two inspections moved from Ben to Levi still appeared under Ben in Spectora, and one inspection moved from Levi to Hector still appeared under Levi. This caused schedule mismatches and confusion the next morning.
