Inspector email missing in Inspections-based reports

Inspector email does not populate in reports when the base dataset is set to Inspections with People + Inspectors selected, even though the Inspector Email column is included.

The same field does populate when the base dataset is Inspectors.

The report needs to use Inspections as the base dataset so client, agent, and inspector information can all be included together.

Determine whether this is a permissions issue or a data/reporting issue.

Reported behavior:

• Base dataset: Inspectors → inspector email populates
• Base dataset: Inspections with People + Inspectors selected → inspector email does not populate
• Inspector Email column is selected in both cases
