Incoming Call Block at top of scheduler.

Want to have a block at the top of the scheduler where incoming calls will appear. Ideally, clicking on this block will open the scheduler in the correct instance, based on where the caller is calling from, and it will automatically populate the contact information in the order form based on the caller ID/existing contact profiles.
