Help Docs 404 Error

Per Ann, when creating a new help doc, she sometimes has to click on the + create new a couple times for it to open and start a new doc, and then she gets a 404 error.

I have experienced this also - something the + doesn’t react and you press it more than once. I didn’t get 404 but she is getting them a lot now that she is doing many help doc edits
