Help Docs 404 Error
Per Ann, when creating a new help doc, she sometimes has to click on the + create new a couple times for it to open and start a new doc, and then she gets a 404 error.
I have experienced this also - something the + doesn’t react and you press it more than once. I didn’t get 404 but she is getting them a lot now that she is doing many help doc edits

Added a delay between the helpdoc creation and the redirect to stop 404s

UPDATE: witnessed this - it is when “publish” is selected on a new draft, then 404 error happens. Refresh brings back the draft with edits, and it has already been published.

UPDATE:
This seems to happen when you have 2 tabs open both in help docs. Ann has one on right of screen to view all docs, and copy paste from. And one on left to paste into new formatted doc.
Also, when Chris and I were working on help docs together, I kept having these difficulties.
So might be related to multiple tabs open at once.
