Fix 'Quote Created By' user name resolution in Reports Hub

In Reports Hub, the Quote Created By column resolves to the user ID instead of the user name.

Observed in the Close Rate Validation Report for Max / Florida Home Inspections.

Expected behavior: the export/report should show the user name, not only the numeric user ID.
