Explain "include addendum" and repair vs. credit when sharing the repair list

Users want a clear explanation in the product (and in training materials) for what "Include addendum in link" does when sharing the repair list by email, and when to use it. They see "total for credit" and "repair items" on the shareable view but aren't sure how to teach agents or when the client should see those choices versus a view-only list.

Why it matters: Agents need to know when to turn the option on (recipient chooses repair vs. credit) versus off (view-only) so clients get the right link and the right experience.
