Duplicate Quotes Filter/Notification

  • Have Attik notify CSR when they are creating a quote that might already exist based on address, service, contact info etc. Currently the past inspections accordion only surfaces inspections and not quotes.

  • batch review feature in open quotes worklist to look for potential duplicate quotes

    Add list of quotes/unconfirmed orders in scheduling form

    Similar to how there is a dropdown of any past inspections for

    an address it would be helpful to know if there are any quotes/unconfirmed orders open for that address as well.
