From Apr 1, 2026 Attik Review. SE relies on ISN/Spectora-style duplicate reports for ongoing hygiene and acquisition cleanups. Attik enforces unique email but duplicates still occur (same phone, different emails, etc.). Team called this necessary for mass cleanup.
