Document mission critical vs nice-to-have for go-live

Lock scope for "day we switch" so dashboard build stays focused. Stakeholder decisions captured Mar 2026 (see planning doc).

Must-haves

  • Brand totals: revenue, close rate, upsell rate, orders created, orders confirmed (close/upsell most critical for bonus).
  • Scheduler table: created/confirmed counts, close rate, upsell rate, core orders, one-call close; multi-select schedulers; team averages; active/inactive. No DPO.
  • Multi-select brands; saved dashboard presets with per-user filter state.
  • Umbrella categories: map all services per instance into admin groupings for cross-brand metrics; exclude list for close/upsell; core vs add-on.

Nice-to-have / later

  • Paid digital / online scheduler splits; AND logic for add-on filters; trend charts; CSV export for tables/totals.

Admin scope: Thin framework only (shell + auth path)—not full admin product in v1. Payroll: separate Linear project (parallel). Admin who-can-access: TBD—placeholder gate until product defines.
