Do not display Archived quotes from past inspections section on work order

Users do not want the 'Archived quotes from past inspections' section to be shown on the work order. They want that section hidden or removed so the work order view stays focused on the current inspection and does not show archived quotes from other inspections.

Why it matters: Showing archived quotes from past inspections can clutter the work order and confuse schedulers and client care who only need to see quotes relevant to the current job.
