When jobs are booked in Attik and pushed to Spectora for report writing, the Spectora order should not have services or contact info that would trigger Spectora-side actions, so that all emails and actions come from Attik only and no duplicate emails are sent. This behavior needs to be validated (e.g. with SW) before cutover.
Why it matters: Duplicate emails (e.g. confirmations from both systems) confuse clients and agents and hurt credibility.
Note: May be a validation task or checklist item under Standalone/Launch rather than a product feature; add to the appropriate project.
