Create quote in another instance from existing job

Users want to send a lead or job from one instance into another instance and create a quote or unconfirmed work order without re-entering the same data manually.

On the May 26, 2026 implementation call, the team described a radon mitigation workflow where leads from multiple brands need to be funneled to one person in a different instance. Today that person must manually recreate the quote in the destination instance even though the source instance already has the client, property, and job information. The team asked for a cross-instance workflow that would create a quote or unconfirmed work order in the destination instance, ideally carrying over the relevant contact and property details and, where helpful, supporting report or test-result context needed to prepare the proposal.
