Users moving from legacy scheduling software (such as ISN) into Attik want to bring over their historical inspection data and reports so that everything lives in one place. They need to be able to look up past orders, client and agent information, and attach or view historical reports without switching back to the old system. A migration path would pull in orders, contacts, and reports (e.g. Spectora or PDF) and match services and pricing so that the transition does not create a gap in what staff can access.
Why it matters: Without historical data in Attik, office staff and inspectors have to keep logging into the legacy system to answer client questions or look up past work, which adds friction and slows down the move to Attik.
