Copy or move actions to other action flows or instances

Users want to copy an existing action flow to another action flow or instance, or move it from one place to another by dragging and dropping inside of an existing action flow, instead of rebuilding it from scratch. Being able to duplicate or move an action would save time when rolling out the same automations across multiple brands or instances and to help with organizing actions when creating new actions inside of an existing flow.

Why it matters: Teams setting up or managing multiple instances need to replicate workflows without redoing every step by hand.
