Control who sees which reports and share them across the team

Users want to control who can see which saved reports i n Reports Hub—for example so only certain roles or people can access payroll or client-care reports. They also want to share individual reports with specific team members so those reports show up on that person’s list, and to copy a report (or template) from one brand or instance to another so they don’t have to rebuild it.

Why it matters: Owners and managers want to keep sensitive data restricted while making it easy for the right people to use the reports they need.
