Bug: Multi Inspector Jobs not blocking time slot

Users have reported that on the calendar view, time slots sometimes still appear open (shown with a "+" symbol) at the same time as a booked inspection. In every instance observed, the inspection had more than one inspector assigned. When the slot is treated as open by dispatch or the online scheduler, this can lead to double bookings.

Separately, a team member reported that routing for the FL brands is not working properly: inspectors are either showing as unavailable for weeks or showing as available when they are not.

Why it matters: Double bookings and incorrect availability make it harder for dispatch and clients to schedule reliably and can overcommit or underuse inspectors.
