Increase brand recognition on the online scheduler by making logos more prominent.
The Southwest team said the logos on the online scheduler are too small to be useful, especially for multi-brand operations. They called out the Top Choice logo as an example where the branding is so small that users cannot easily tell which brand they are looking at.
They also mentioned that the same issue exists on the portal, but the immediate request was to improve the online scheduler so the correct brand is clearer at a glance.
